Signed co-living bookings: the Welcome goes out on its own once the template is reviewed; Arrival instructions go 7 days before move-in at 10:00 local time. Anything that can’t go out shows under Needs attention and is emailed to the owner.
Check-out messages send automatically 3 days before move-out at 9:00, 13:00 or 17:00 Toronto time.
